Herz an Herz, a leading eco-friendly shop for kids and parents in Winterthur, faced a digital disconnect with its outdated online store. Tasked with moving over 1500 products to Shopify and implementing Shopify POS, the goal was a swift relaunch within 2-3 months.

We delivered a state-of-the-art system integrated with Shopify POS for their physical store. A refreshed branding strategy was deployed to elevate value perception and create a consistent experience across all channels. The customer journey was transformed through a custom designed shopify store, making product exploration more intuitive and enriching, setting a new standard in the children’s e-commerce sector.

Migrating to Shopify was a significant leap. We ensured a seamless transition of their extensive inventory, integrating Shopify POS to unify online and in-store sales. This not only streamlined their operations but also provided valuable insights into customer preferences, aiding in inventory management and marketing strategies.

CUSTOMIZED SHOPIFY SOLUTIONS

Recognizing the diverse range of products Herz an Herz offered, we developed a suite of custom functionalities for their Shopify store. This included a bulk inventory migration/import system to smoothly transition their extensive product range onto the new platform. We crafted a custom mega menu and navigation system to enhance user experience, allowing customers to effortlessly explore and discover products. A dynamic content system on product pages provided customers with rich product information, while custom filters made it easy to pinpoint specific items. Additionally, we set up custom shipping conditions to streamline the fulfillment process.

The redesigned aesthetic accentuates the fundamental principles: locality, sustainability, and a focus on meaningful connections.
