The Universität St. Gallen (HSG) needed to overhaul its outdated online shop, which featured a complicated backend and led to inefficient workflows, particularly in accounting and administrative tasks.
The goal was not only to modernize the shop’s appearance but also to streamline backend processes, ensuring smooth, automated workflows while maintaining the institution’s well-established branding and putting its people—students, alumni, and staff—at the center of the experience.
